Terms of use
These terms cover this website and the anvas waitlist. anvas is pre-release, so there is no product account to govern yet — when there is, it will come with its own agreement, and you will be asked to accept it before anything runs.

What this covers
By using anvas.app or submitting the waitlist form you agree to what is written here. If you do not, the remedy is simple: do not use the site. These terms apply to the pages you are reading and to the waitlist. They do not grant access to the anvas product, and they are not a promise that you will be given it.
anvas is pre-release
Everything described on this site is in development. Features on the roadmap are what we intend to build, in the order we intend to build it — not commitments, and not a delivery schedule. Prices shown on the pricing page are launch intentions and may change before general availability. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract to supply the product.
Not financial advice
anvas is software for expressing and running strategies you decide on. Nothing on this site — no page, no example strategy, no backtest, no comparison — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Trading carries risk of loss, and automated trading carries it faster. Backtests describe the past and are not a prediction; a strategy that performed well in replay can lose money live. Software fails, exchange APIs go down, and network connections drop at the worst moment. You are responsible for the strategies you build, the limits you set and the capital you put behind them.
The waitlist
- Use an email address you control, and give answers that are true — the answers decide the order we open seats in, so an invented one only misplaces you.
- Joining the list is not a purchase, a reservation or a guarantee of access, and there is no queue position to lose.
- We may email you about early access and about anvas. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that opts you out of everything.
- We may remove an entry that is abusive, automated or an obvious duplicate.
What we store when you sign up, and how to have it deleted, is set out in the privacy notice.
Using the site fairly
Read it, quote it, link to it, show it to whoever you like. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first — email hello@anvas.app and we will genuinely welcome the report.
What belongs to whom
The anvas name, the mark, the design of this site and its text are ours. Quoting a passage with attribution, or linking to any page, is fine and needs no permission. Passing the site off as your own, or using the anvas name in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not, is not.
Third-party names on this site — exchanges, TradingView, and the platforms on our comparison pages — belong to their owners and are used to describe those products factually. We are not affiliated with any of them, and comparisons reflect what was publicly documented on the date each page states.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be uninterrupted, and the content can change without notice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything written on it, including trading losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the product moves towards launch. The version here is the current one and carries the date it was last changed. A change that materially affects people already on the waitlist goes into an email as well as onto this page.
