What we store, and why

anvas is pre-release and this site does one thing: it takes waitlist signups. This page says exactly what that involves. If anything here is unclear, email hello@anvas.app and we will answer.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

  • your email address;
  • the two answers you give — what you trade, and how you automate it today;
  • your IP address, and the country, region and city it resolves to;
  • your browser's user agent and the page that referred you;
  • any UTM parameters on the URL when you submitted;
  • a record of the email we sent you, and whether you later opted out.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising, we do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not build a profile of you beyond the list above.

Why we collect it

The address is how we tell you a seat has opened. The two answers decide the order we open seats in — we start with the setups closest to what already works in the alpha. The location, referrer and UTM parameters tell us which channels bring people who actually want this, which is the entire point of a pre-launch waitlist.

Where it lives, and who processes it

  • Supabase — the database, on infrastructure we control. Row-level security is on, and no browser-facing key can read it.
  • Resend — sends the confirmation email. It sees your address and the message.
  • Sentry — error tracking. Email addresses, IP addresses and unsubscribe tokens are stripped before an error report leaves our servers.
  • PostHog — anonymous product analytics: which pages are read, and whether the form was submitted. No event carries your email address.

Email, and how to stop it

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link unique to you. One click opts you out of everything — not just the message you clicked from — and it takes effect immediately. Mail clients that offer a native unsubscribe button work too.

Deleting your data

Email hello@anvas.app from the address you want removed and we will erase it — the address, the answers, the request details, the tokens and the send history. There is no self-service button for this yet; there is a person who will do it.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, the change goes here and, if it affects people already on the list, into an email.

03 — Early access

Get in before the alpha closes

Tell us what you trade and how you automate it today. We open seats in small batches and start with the setups closest to what already works in the alpha.

We email once when your seat opens. Nothing else. See our privacy notice.
